Once you login click on the "
Support" link near the top of the site.
From there click on the "New Ticket" button. If you have a problem with a transaction select the first option (Question or complaint regarding a switch) and then select the switch you need help with. If you have a problem with another member select the second option (
Complaint against another user) and for all other support requests select the third option (
General support request).
From there provide as much detail as possible about your issue and someone from SP will respond soon after.
