I tried to cancel for a refund, but since you have already marked it as mailed I can not get a refund. Is there a way for you to cancel it on your end? Thanks!

I can't do it at my end either. Eventually (maybe 2 weeks) you'll have a button that will let you cancel for a refund. Really sorry.
