Hi Andy, I just finished "Sublime." I'll get it into the maill Monday AM. I hope you have time to listen to the commentary in the special features, expecially after you have viewed the movie itself. I received The Stranger, however it is broken. I was disappointed in the way you mailed it. NO protective material at all, just a paper sleeve. No wonder it came it cracked. How do I get a refund for the damaged DVD. I will not post my feedback until I hear back from you. Thanks. Jeff (jnh).

Andy, I'm supposed to mail "Heidi" to you, but just realized it won't play on my DVD player. However, it does play on my laptop/computer. Would you still like me to mail it to you? Sorry about the hassle --I'm not sure what it is - the DVD won't get past the title menu when in my (normal) DVD player. Let me know if you'd still like the DVD - I won't mail it without hearing from you

Hi Andy,
It is a testament to Ving Rhames' acting ability that he can actually seem feminine. For a 6' something black man with broad shoulders and a lot of muscles that would make the DVD enjoyable by its self. I enjoyed the whole cast but he is a marvel. What is an IT manager?

Wow, that was unexpected. It's my own fault for not looking at your descriptions, but I could never have even conceived of someone actually switching artwork w/o the disc. It's totally worthless to me. Would you be willing to switch these 3 items back if I include a couple stamps to cover your postage?

Hi Andy,
Here is the deal. Backfire did not get mailed today.....however Hell's Gate 1111 is on the way to you. What a bonehead move on my part. I meant to send that to someone else. You are real close to me. (I live in Vienna.) Do you think I could mail you stamps and the address of the person who is supposed to get that movie? It just seems to make more sense than paying to mail it back to myself, and then paying again to send it. Let me know if this is acceptable. Hell, go ahead and watch the movie just so you can package it back up and put the new (correct) addy. on it. Once I hear from you I will mail your movie out along with extra stamps enclosed. Thanks in advance for any help you are willing to provide.

Andy: I'm guessing you've yet to receive the STRANGE DAYS DVD. I've experienced many postal delivery/receipt problems in the past, so I'm not entirely surprised. You may want to create a Support Ticket and let SwitchPlanet know the disc wasn't received. I'm positive I mailed the DVD. --Rick

I've noticed some o' the comments re: your recent broken 1 SB disc - I think why people are reacting the way they are is that we usually give positive feedback if it looks like the shipper did everything they could to make sure the item didn't break, because they shouldn't be penalized for something that is not their fault. If, however they packaged it poorly - say, loose in a paper envelope - then they would be at fault if it arrived broken. Some people are really fond of their 100% rating (I mean, there's even a group, so a negative/neutral rating might affect their membership). Hope this helps clarify some of the responses.

I am sorry that I haven't sent you a comment sooner, but in the last three days I have had 55 switch requests. This is far more than I really expected this quickly. I sent out 40 DVDs today and I would sorta like to see if I actually get some things coming back my way before I commit to sending out too many more items. I hope this is not a problem.
