Arrived broken because the DVD was not shipped with any protective material, only a paper sleeve in an envelope. Should have been wrapped in bubble envelope or in a plastic case, or a cardboard shipping box. If it is not protected it will arrive broken in most cases.

Disc was shipped in a folded sheet of paper, and I had to pick it up from the post office and pay $0.34 postage due because of non-standard shipping size. However, the disc was in good condition.

Thanks for the switch. Disc came in great shape. I've had other people comment to me about mailing in just thin paper like you did, so you may want to start putting them in the small, cheap cases to protect the discs.

2 sheets of paper folded Peerflix style is not exactly recommended shipping.... Plus the disc is all gummed, with scratches all over it. ...Took a while to ship also. (12 Sb is not so low a price that a 30 cent clamshell could have been safer and prevented further gumming. )

I received The Stranger, however it is broken. I was disappointed in the way you mailed it. NO protective material at all, just a paper sleeve. No wonder it came it cracked. How do I get a refund for the damaged DVD. I will not post my feedback until I hear back from you. Thanks. Jeff (jnh).

Very sorry. I do a lot of switches, all packed that way, and 99% make it fine. I figure if a paper sleeve is good enough for Netflix & Blockbuster, it should be good enough for here. If you submit a claim through the Support function here, I'm pretty sure they'll refund your SBs. I have no problem with whatever feedback you feel you need to leave.

Andy, I'm supposed to mail "Heidi" to you, but just realized it won't play on my DVD player. However, it does play on my laptop/computer. Would you still like me to mail it to you? It is a testament to Ving Rhames' acting ability that he can actually seem feminine. For a 6' something black man with broad shoulders and a lot of muscles that would make the DVD enjoyable by its self. I enjoyed the whole cast but he is a marvel. What is an IT manager?

I have switched successfully with rim-fire and mlaisure for artwork only.
Since may of us came from Peerflix, were required to just send the disc, so we ended up lacking the artwork from what we received and had the artwork from our sends.
Tell me what 5 SWB item you would like me to order to balance our trade. As soon as I see it as sent, I will check it as received.

Wow, that was unexpected. It's my own fault for not looking at your descriptions, but I could never have even conceived of someone actually switching artwork w/o the disc. It's totally worthless to me. Would you be willing to switch these 3 items back if I include a couple stamps to cover your postage?

about accepting the artwork and then I can order something from you
that will not be sent. You owe me 11 SBs, so how about if I order a 5 SB item from you.

Here is the deal. Backfire did not get mailed today.....however Hell's Gate 1111 is on the way to you. What a bonehead move on my part. I meant to send that to someone else. You are real close to me. (I live in Vienna.) Do you think I could mail you stamps and the address of the person who is supposed to get that movie? It just seems to make more sense than paying to mail it back to myself, and then paying again to send it. Let me know if this is acceptable. Hell, go ahead and watch the movie just so you can package it back up and put the new (correct) addy. on it. Once I hear from you I will mail your movie out along with extra stamps enclosed. Hey Andy, thanks for the Switch request for Williard. I looked the disc over and although it plays fine it has too many scratches to charge 4 sbs for. I lowered it to 2 and canceled your request, you are welcome to re-request, I just dont want to overcharge!

I've noticed some o' the comments re: your recent broken 1 SB disc - I think why people are reacting the way they are is that we usually give positive feedback if it looks like the shipper did everything they could to make sure the item didn't break, because they shouldn't be penalized for something that is not their fault. If, however they packaged it poorly - say, loose in a paper envelope - then they would be at fault if it arrived broken. Some people are really fond of their 100% rating (I mean, there's even a group, so a negative/neutral rating might affect their membership). Hope this helps clarify some of the responses.

I am sorry that I haven't sent you a comment sooner, but in the last three days I have had 55 switch requests. This is far more than I really expected this quickly. I sent out 40 DVDs today and I would sorta like to see if I actually get some things coming back my way before I commit to sending out too many more items. I hope this is not a problem. I will not decline your requests in an effort to hold those items for you if you like.

hi, Andy Lathom..~~~~ . Accept this switch for "300 Spartans" ONLY if the disc is in good condition. No deep sratches nor scratched up all over. Pls. free to cancel otherwise and I will not mind.
