It won't hurt my feelings if you sent this to support. Just let Chris know that it was sealed and sent in a bubble mailer. Not much else I can do.

Maybe blame best buy cause that's where i got it years ago I think.

LOL. Yes, the disc was loose when it arrived, but that's not your fault either (as I indicated). I will not be sending in a support request to Chris because I am no longer going to be trading on SP (yours was my last one) and considering the circumstances, I don't think it would be fair to hit Chris up for the sb's either.

I was disappointed, of course, but no major problem. Just wanted to let you know. Take care.

It takes quite a bit for me to give a negative rating, Charlie. The disc was listed as being in "excellent" condition and this was DEFINITELY not the case. The scratches were "visible" and the disc should have been listed as such.

I haven't seen the original or the remake. I assumed that some aspects of the remake sucked big time when I began seeing multiple copies in the $2 bin at a used DVD place. Am hoping the original lives up to some of the favourable imdb reviews .. will let you know. Thx again. mld

Hey Redd: Maybe you can clear this up for me as Phoenix is away. For SC Priority Item switches, do they ever revert back to a simple switch? The reason I am asking is a member of the SC club received an item from me, accepted the stipulations and now has the DVD up for switch at a slightly higher listed sb price and does not have the stipulations listed in the notes. It was a newer item put on here as an SC Priority Item by Phoenix. I have contacted this person indicating that I believe the the stipulations still stand, they have logged on today so must have seen it, but there has been no chance to the item. How exactly does this work. Thanks. Joanne

Hello: You have requested one of my DVD's. I am interested in and have tried to request your "Attack on Pearl Harbour" DVD. Do you send to Canada? If you do, you may want to check your account profile because "Canada" may not be marked.

Just a fyi: your books are listed rather low, you cannot send media mail to Canada and the postage will be high for books (go by weight). You may want to put a clause in there that the listed sb price may increase depending on the cost of postage. Also I happened to notice the note from another switcher - going by the suggested sb price is how most people on here price their items, I believe, - not by what Amazon lists the price as. Of course, the tidbit about demand is true - some people price their items extremely high.

By the way, I LOVE your listed Occupation......

I saw your comment about choosing items <15 sbs. Is there something else you would prefer? I have absolutely no problem whatever with you choosing an item that has a higher listed sb price. Your requested item has been accepted but not yet mailed, so if you want to switch your choice, please do so.

I did want to check with you though, is it okay if I send whichever item you choose to you disc/artwork only? It saves quite a bit on postage. Most of the cases don't fit in the smaller bubble mailing envelopes I prefer to use. It will be well protected, I promise. Joanne

Hello: Received "Girl Interrupted" today. Packaged very nicely but was extremely disappointed to find that DVD has pixel damage pretty much right from the beginning, so the movie is garbage. You did not reply to my query as to whether or not there was damage to the DVD (as none was listed), and all of your previous trades have apparently been excellent, so I'm not quite sure what to think. Will be requesting a refund of my sb's from SP_Chris.

Whoa, looking up your profile, you have traded way more than me. Please don't take offense at my "suggestions" on keeping the cost of your mailings down. (blush). I had cut and pasted the following from "mld's" profile. Listing a "dummy" item to offset your postage cost is very much okay with me.

Just a thought --- one way to reduce the package size and weight might
be to put the discs in disc sleeves and use a cardboard insert in a 6 X
9 envelope. That should provide adequate protection for the discs and
artwork while still (hopefully!) keeping the weight down.

Your prices for these items were VERY reasonable, so if I can help
offset your postage cost please feel free to list a 'dummy' item I can
request/receive to transfer additional SB to you.

P.S. there's no need to use a customs form on non-commercial lettermail
to Canada --- many switchers just write "used DVDs, value $10" on the
envelope and that seems to work fine. For more info on this, pls see
