About Me

I always try and price my items fairly and I hope you will do the same.
Remember if they have slight scratches, they are marked accordingly and they do play. My Nintendo games are not new, they have been well used and are priced with that in mind. I try to do my best with packaging, games are difficult and with Canada Post and their rates I try to do the best I can note the negatives. So don't request those if you're not comfortable about the way I package. The DVDs are usually sent securely wrapped and protected, no one has complained about packaging.

Thank you. I would definitely say it's stretching it to post a note saying "DVD in excellent condition". The DVD is extremely scratched and scuffed (looks like a rental), but it did play fine.

With all of the scratches on the dvd, I don't think that I would have listed it for more than 6 switch bucs if I had been you and I to list that in the notes would have been a good idea so that I would have known ahead of time what I was getting.

Switcher described disc as "light scratch, works fine" but did not disclose the light gouging covering the entire playing surface from someone's attempt at scratch removal. Before filing support ticket, contacted switcher to give her the opportunity to request return. DVD has been mailed to SwitchPlanet for refund.

Switcher sent a pirated edition of Hotel Rwanda. Before filing a support ticket, contacted the switcher and gave her the opportunity to request return of the DVD. No action, so have mailed the DVD to SwitchPlanet for refund..

Great disc. Can I suggest when you mail like that in the future, you put some cardboard around the artwork, it arrived with a little tear in it, and very crumpled up. We all know how little the Post Office care. Many thanks, great switcher.
