Ben, I cancelled your request for the time being because I didn't want to tie up your sbs. Give me a chance to see what it will cost me to ship packages in Canada and I may send you a book or two and just charge you in sbs for the cost of sending it. I did find When The Shooting Stops The Cutting Begins by Ralph Rosenblum which is a small book (by film book standards) but still 4-5x the weight of a dvd. -------You seem to have a genuine interest and appreciation for film and I'm always one to encourage a person's ambition and to help expand their knowledge in their chosen focus. Do you have used book stores where you live? That's always a good place to start as an alternative to the library, if you want to own the books that interest you. Most of my books are biographies and on film theory rather then books on the technical side about making films.----------- My two favourite books, so far, to do with film would have to be Easy Riders, Raging Bulls and The Cinema of Loneliness. The first looks at Hollywood from '69 to '80 and it's Favourite Sons, the second delves deep into the movies of Penn, Stone, Spielberg, Altman, Scorsese and Kubrick. Those two I wouldn't get rid of. -----I'll let you know aboutsending you the editing book and see if I can find another. If it'll cost me an arm and a leg, I don't know, it might be more opportune for you to hit those used stores around you. You'd be suprised what you can find and how cheap some books are. At least that's been my experience here in Toronto. Cheers.

Hey Ben, make sure that the external HDD works with the OS you're using and if it has a decent data transfer rate.A lot of the external enclosures I looked at only worked with windows XP Pro. So if you're using Vista or plan to upgrade soon, make sure that it's compatible with vista. Although, sometimes they still work with Vista even if they don't support it.

how many times do i hve to tell that it was intact when i sent it to you i don't know why things keep breaking whken i send you but it rediculus that you keep argueing with me saying that i send broken discs when i know they were intact when i sent it and my brother told me he got it on here so that would explain the artwork being cut i think he got it from a new member or something but he also said that it was in like new condiition whhen he got it so ii don't how it got scewed up in the mail and i've seen the negatives you other people too and most of those are mistakes that can be fixed before you write them off as a bad switcher also you didn't even give my brother a cahnce to explain everything before you wrote him off as bas switcher as well and also your feedback was rediculus it wasw mainly you caomplaining about hows you won't be able to see it on your shelf and what not which is bullshit also the case wasn't broken when it was sent it was sent ina bubble mailer so i don't know how the cd broke anyways once very unlikely

eihter way i find it very unusual that when we sendi discs to you they mysterously break i have not had any problems with seniding items to canada just when i send to you

Here's what I will do. For every 50 SB you order (all at once--so I save on shipping) I will send you a disc for free (valued at 5 SB). Sending each disc individually is only 2 stamps, so sending 10 at once will probably only save me a couple of dollars. W

answer to your question, " how was the disc you sent me, broken?" because you sent it just like peerflix tells you to, in folded paper... ask your local post office... a disc wrapped solely in paper alone, the chances of breakage during shipping my guess
