Those Dodgers don't seem to want to take over first place. Injuries haven't helped with Furcal and Penny on the DL most of the year. I hope they make the playoffs and anything can happen once you're there, Rockies last year proved that.

Got your request for Cloverfield, and wanted to ask a favor, or maybe a preference would be a better term.

You've got a couple of DVDs I'm interested in, so I wanted to see if I could get you to mail a case with one if I request it. Or, if you still prefer to not mail cases, would it be OK to send Cloverfield to you with just the disc and artwork so I'll have a case ready for the incoming disc?

Let me know if one of these ideas is cool with you, and which you'd prefer. Also, if you want, you can let me know if you have a preference it the disc I request. I'd go for either Zodiac or We Are Marshall. (If you could use the extra 3 SBs, I'm happy to go for WAM.)

I can send in a padded envelope. If you have a preference on how to keep the artwork from being bent, just let me know. I can put the disc itself in a clam shell for you, too.

Quick favor of sorts before I accept the 30 Days of Night switch. I got it from a fellow switcher who listed it at less than value just to do something nice for fellow users. For me to actually get the switch from him, he simply requested I make sure to re-list it at the same 26 SB price when I was done.

I'd like to keep the tradition going. Would you be willing to re-list it at 26 SB's when you're doing watching it so the next switcher can enjoy the film, too?

However, there was also artwork for the Tom Hanks' flick Mazes and Monsters. If that was a bonus disc, thank you very much. But I'm guessing it was included accidentally. Should it be heading elsewhere? Or was it supposed to stay home with you?

DC# stands for Delivery Confirmation No. Go to www.usps.com and enter the number in the tracking bar. It'll give you the current status of the shipment. It shows the shippee (is that a word?) when it went, and shows the shipper when it arrives. It costs an extra 75 cents or so, but I like doing it.

After I sent the comment, I re-tried GTA Vice and it worked fine again. I've got to chalk it up to a weird glitch. I just got home, so I'm going to try GTA San Andreas and see if it still glitches or not. I'll also try the others, but so far they haven't been an issue.

I would like to get the online CD, the manual and the 2nd control. Those can come in handy. But I certainly don't think you meant harm; it was just a matter of rushing to get it out and they were overlooked. No harm, no foul.

While we get all set, I've gone ahead and marked it as received. I'm not going to hold up a ton of SBs for minor stuff. Overall, things are ducky. The game works, I'm getting killed on a regular basis (never said I was actually good at any of these) and the one disc kicks in and out, so I'm sure it's just a glitch.

Sorry for the delay - I was checking at the post office to see how much it costs to ship to our neighbors to the north. It's not too bad, really.

For US Parcel shipments, I'm doing 20 SBs for the first poster and 15 thereafter. (For larger orders, I can probably discount more.) For Canadian shipments, it'll start with 25 SBs for the first poster, but I can keep the 15 SB thing thereafter.

Let me know if you're interested. And there's no rush if you need to build up SBs. I don't think Pokemon's going anywhere. lol

And if you're able to grab some of the DVDs and such from the list, let me know. We can do a trade instead if you'd prefer. It's all cool with me.

I can also get you some of the movie cards if you'd want. They came in clear wrappers, so I can get you a complete, sealed set of four if you're interested. (Or a couple if you need so the kids can each have one.) I'd have to mail them separately (they won't fit in a poster tube), but it can't be much to ship. They'd fit in a regular envelope.

For sure would be both of the Grand Theft Autos and one Madden. If 08 is available, cool. If not, 05 will work out.

After that, I'll probably do at least one military type game. Don't know much about them, though. I was going to do the WWE game until I eventually realized it's for the PSP. If you have any of the PS2 versions of any wrestling game, I'd definitely love that.

Don't worry, it's not a huge issue. But there's another Vacancy I can snag from a fellow switcher. More importantly, a friend of mine has access to some 20th Century Fox DVDs cheap.

I owe him a call to see if he can snag me a Simpsons movie, so it doesn't hurt to ask about Live Free or Die Hard while I'm at it. The point is there are no hard feelings at all. I'm just lucky to have an "in" so I have another option.

It does, indeed, sound like our tastes are pretty similar. That said, I've seen titles on your have and want lists, along with the lists of other Traders of Horror, that I'd forgotten about or never knew about. It's been a blast to look through lists, find new potential hidden gems, and search them out. Some have been very cool, some were disappointing. Most at least fell into the category "Glad I saw it."

My DVD cabinet, however, is getting very, very full. I don't have a burner, but I'm trying to keep my collection to a manageable number. So my favorites stick around (such as The Exorcist, the original Halloween and any movie Jason Voorhees has ever appeared in).

Movies that were fun, but not necessarily "classics' to me, are getting switched. The Funhouse was a tough one...it was almost there, but not quite. (A little more gore and it probably would have made it.)

I'm in the minority, it seems, but I was disappointed in Imprint. Just didn't do much for me. Cigarette Burns and Gravedancers were very good, but not must-keeps. Venom was cheesy, but that wasn't a surprise.

I've still got a ton to watch and figure out where they fall in the hierarchy. Titles like Dark Ride, Sounds Like, The Washingtonians, 1408 and another MoH that escapes me right now. I also am debating The Black Cat. I enjoyed it, but I'm not sure if it's a must-have. It's on the bubble because I'm a big fan of Poe.

Note, these DVDs don't even include the ones I'm waiting to watch that aren't in the horror genre. Tops on the list is Ratatouille, which I got by surprise today. There are at least half a dozen more. So it doesn't kill me to get rid of them. And someday in the future, I may have more storage area and try to reclaim the titles...maybe on whatever medium follows DVD!

Wow, that was long. Enough rambling...

For the DVDs (Funhouse and Imprint), how about we go 'halfsies' and call it 35?
