Hi - I'm really really sorry that Ray was not in the correct format. That was my mistake. Most of the DVDs that I've acquired during the past couple of years are widescreen, so I didn't even think to check. To make it up to you, I'll be more than happy to send you another movie. I see that you have a lot of Disney movies. Are any of them available (I know that they show not available, but wondering if you would be willing to part with any of them??) I am new at this switching thing and I see that there are virtually no Disney movies available, why is that?? Please let me know if you are willing to part with any and what ones!?!? I have two little girls and we have the tapes of a bunch of them but I would really like to get them the discs so that they might last. Thanks so much!!

yeah it wasn't just my dvd player. it wouldn't work on my computer's dvd drive or my neighbors player either. so i've sent it in to switch planet for a refund. thanks for getting back to me.

thanks for understanding and not being angry. i am havibg the same problem with a dvd myself. but there is still hope...it may show up out of the blue one day, i have had that happen. i think its called "mail limbo"!

i recieved my best friends wedding but when i cick the received button, this appears on the page instead of the recieved.Invalid value 0 for state. Valid range is from 1 to 127. I sent it to switchdiscs, i have no idea whats going on.
