Absolutely not your fault, so don't feel that you need to compensate me at all, however my husband and I ARE totally into seeing the Guardian, so I was gonna' ask you if we could have it for under 20 SBs, and lo and behold, you have it for 17!!! Great price - and don't worry - TOTALLY not your fault!!!

Thanks for the 1 SB DVD, but it arrived broken!!! Looked like someone stepped on it, 'cause the slim CD case is broken into a few pieces, and there's a crack that runs about half an inch from the center ring of the DVD inwards. I didn't give you negative feedback 'cause it's totally not your fault (although I think plastic clamshells may be better at protecting a disc than the slim cases, for future reference), and it was only 1 SB, so I figure there's no point filing a claim. I'll be sure to make some of my discs 1 SB tonight (I've been so busy I haven't been able to get to it!) and hopefully one of them will seem like a worthy substitution. Maybe "Not Another Teen Movie"??? Thanks again - Redd.

Oh ; don't worry yourself. The disc is fine and I am very pleased with it. It happens to the bset of us. I have received brand new dvds that came dislodged during transit so once again do not worry. Your very sweet to though. Thank you for your concern!!!

There were 2 of the prongs broke off on the case and it was really scratched. Works great now. So don't worry.

I was interested of getting "Just Married" from you, but was wondering if you have the case for the DVD. You have it marked as "Just the Discs", do this mean you only have the DVD??? If you have the original Case and DVD of this movie, I'll be glad to take it off your hands.

Take the Lead is printed on the disc, I got it in a lot purchase off ebay and have no idea what constitutes pirated versus legal. sorry for your troubles.

I did not know it was pirated. The disc was printed and played fine for me. I would be more than glad to switch it back for a few extra sbs. This is the first problem I have ever had so had no idea what you were expecting without you telling me. I am sorry for your frustration but unless I know what you expect of me, I cannot meet your expectations.

How do you expect me to make it right? You are being very vague, I asked if you are going to send it back, what else is there to do?
