When you get the dvd, let me know how it works - I taped a plastic cd over the dvd since some of the prongs are broken, so there shouldn't be any damage (there were a couple marks on the dvd beforehand) - I would have bought a new case but I couldn't find those kind of cases anywhere.

Hi, King. Noticed you and Glasswall were having trouble with JDOG2352 as well. Wanted to see if you got the Canada Post sent it back and Ill remail it message, too. Ill hold off final judgment for a bit in hopes hes not an ass screwing with everyone. But please keep me posted on your progress, and Id be happy to do the same.

I just submitted a support ticket for both my switches with JDOG, I will let you know what they say.

It says on the FAQ that we have to wait 30 days from the time that the switch was marked as "sent" to get a refund. That really sucks because now my SBs are tied up in this stupid guy's scam!
