I SHIP ALL 'DISC ONLY' SWITCHES IN PLASTIC CLAMSHELL DISC PROTECTORS ------ I HAVEN'T HAD A 'DAMAGED' CLAIM YET!
I ship to BOTH Canada and the US!!!
ATTENTION - The SWITCH Code: I price my stuff fairly and I prefer to switch with people who do the same. A general guideline for setting fair prices is to charge equal or lesser value than the item goes for NEW on Amazon.com, taking into consideration the condition of the disc(s) and artwork.
Hi,Chappelle's Show Season 2 arrived, but the first disc is in terrible shape!? It's COVERED in serious scratches (like little mice played ice-hockey all over it) and it didn't come loose in shipping. Discs 2 and 3 don't have any scratches, but each of them does have a band of glue-like residue across one side. You didn't mention any of this in the notes, and charged the "like-new" price according to the SP Suggested Pricing.I don't want to give you negative feedback if it was an honest mistake, so I thought I'd check with you first..... thanks, Redd.
WELCOME to SwitchPlanet!!! I see you've already filled out your profile, which is GREAT - tends to increase switch requests! Another way to increase requests for your items is to ensure your account preferences are set to switch with BOTH American and Canadian members -- there are large numbers of members in both countries, and there's very little difference in shipping costs (usually less than 50 cents more than mailing domestically). To find answers to many common questions, you might want to visit the FAQ Page, and please don't hesitate to ask any further questions you may have, either by visiting the Getting Started - New Members section of the forum (which I see you've already done - you're ON it!) or by clicking the 'Reply' link above this message, which will allow you to leave a comment on my profile directly. Happy Switching!!!! Redd.
Redd,
I got plenty of SBs right now.....so I am sending "Lurking" gratis. Declining switch but sending anyway. Enjoy.

WELCOME to SwitchPlanet!!! I might recommend filling out your profile a bit (your country and state/province, a bit o' basic info about yourself) so that other members can get a sense of who you are - tends to increase switch requests! Another way to increase requests for your items is to ensure your account preferences are set to switch with BOTH American and Canadian members -- there are large numbers of members in both countries, and there's very little difference in shipping costs (usually less than 50 cents more than mailing domestically). If you have questions about getting started, you can find the FAQ Page here. Also, you may want to check out the Fast Switchbucks X 3 Promo , and I HIGHLY recommend visiting the SP Forum, especially the Getting Started - New Members section. There's many of us old-timers who've been around longer than 2 years, and we LOVE helping out new members, so don't hesitate to ask any questions you may have, either by introducing yourself in the forums (a great way to encourage people to peruse your selection of items) or by clicking the 'Reply' link above this message, which will allow you to leave a comment on my profile directly. Sorry Mick, I accepted your request for Great Debaters before I read your feedback, and it appears that you prefer to send discs unprotected even thoughother members have been asking you to change your shipping practices since you joined the site. I'm assuming the fact that you still mail discs unprotectedmeans that you are quite comfortable with some members choosing not to switch with you because of it.
I mean you absolutely no disrespect, but I am one of the members who prefers well cared-for discs and artwork shipped using a clamshell or cardboard, so I hope you'll understand why I prefer not to switch out my 'like-new' items to members who don't care one way or another how their discs arrive. I know you've mentioned that you've never had any problems with mailing discs this way before joining SP, but it would appear that you haven't been so lucky since.
I have no prob switching my 'used' items with you, so feel free to request any items down the road - this is purely switching preference, nothing personal. I'll just let the request run out and then cancel it. Thanks, Redd.

I just noticed your post in the forums, and wanted to make sure you know that if you're having doubts or aren't ready to ship off a bunch of box sets right away, it's acceptable to contact the people you've accepted switches with and explain to them that you are new and weren't sure how it all worked, and want to cancel the switches for the time being. I personally love this site, and have been here almost three years, but it's important that you don't feel pressured to participate right off the bat. Don't hesitate to ask if you have any more questions! Redd.
