The outside paper cover has some dirty spots and a couple of small tears on the bottom. There is a thin straight line of dirt from the top of the "D" in Disney through Mickey's eyes and foot to the bottom. It certainly looks used. The actual hard cover is fine except for a few small spots on the bottom edges. The inside is perfect.
