No problem on the DVD. Here is what you have to do... its a 2 step process, so when you dont do the second step, it thinks you havent sent the item. For incoming requests:

You accept the switch if you agree to it, like you did with the dvd.

Ship the item, and make sure to go back to the item that you shipped, and check the box for shipped.

So, you have check both accept and shipped in the timeframe they set in order for the system to keep your switch as active. let me know if you have any other questions, and I'll request the dvd again, and you can go ahead and show it as shipped, so that you get credit.

Hi there...I just want to let you know that I mailed the Baby Einstein video you requested on Friday, August 31st. It went out First Class mail. I got an e-mail stating that I did not do it soon enough but I did it within the 5-day period. I'm new at this, so I'm not sure where I went wrong. Sorry for any inconvenience. Let me know when you receive the DVD and PLEASE let me know if there are any problems. It looks bad but worked beautifully for me...take care...kc

Hey man, thanks for you request for half life 2 episode one. I wanted to let you know that since this is a used pc game, it has already been registered to someone, but things work a little differently with "steam", half-life's host. Each cd key is linked with your steam account and is monitored to make sure it is only being used by one person. I don't have it installed anymore so you'd be the only person with it installed on your computer, but I will just have to send you the username and password when I accept the switch. I just wanted to let you know before-hand. I will wait on your response to accept the switch.
