I'll try to help. You are exactly correct about adding titles without making them available. Click on "have it" enter a SB amount, & don't select available. Later on if you want to switch it you use the edit function to make it available & modify the SB amount and notes.

To write to someone not in your friends group - just click on their name (brings up their profile). At the bottom of the page under the bar that says "USERNAME's Comments" there should be a link that says 'add comment'. If you're not seeing the 'add comment' link try clicking on the bar itself to "expand" the comments section. Its always been a bit wonky. That is the only way to message someone on the system.

From your profile Isaw you mentioned Gwen Stefani & so I googled a bit &saw her tour stopped at your hometown on 4/24. That feels kindastalker-ish.... At least Warner Brothers contract with the snapper case company is finally done, but unfortunately I will have to pass on American History X because of that. I'd be buying it for my permanent collection and for that I'd sooner not have the snapper version.
