No I haven't had any problems with it. Also, I would call Nintendo and ask them what is happening with your wii. You could send it in and get a replacement one for free if the console is broken.

well after many hours of trying to beat it, i finally pulled it off. and i think the game is actually worth the 30 sb. right now am trying to beat it in hard mode, if nobody has asked to get it by the time i beat it, i will lower.

I'm really sorry, but my Pokemon Yellow version used to have the Surfing Pikachu. I should have checked before I posted that it did, but I have no clue where he could be. I may have accidentally deleted him when I let my sister start a new file. If you are still interested in purchasing my game, I'd still like to sell it to you, but if you don't I understand. The rare/starter Pokemon my game DOES contain (I just checked) are: Charmander, Wartortle, Bulbasaur, and Eevee. Sorry again, I feel really bad for this mistake, especially since you are my first customer. I would go through the process to win another Surfing Pikachu, but the Pokemon on this file are just too weak to do anything in the tournament.
