Yeah, looks like with any sort of issue the only option is to submit a support ticket for someone to handle manually. I just sent one asking what their normal process is for lost items and saying for a 7 switchbuck disk I'm fine just dropping it.

Hey Peter, this disk you requested looks like crap, which I probably should have figured out before clicking Accept... Only light scratching but covered in weird little marks that look like something that should wash off, but won't.

Want to cancel or work out a discount when you see for yourself? I had no playback problems but my antique Panny's got a bit of a magic laser sometimes.

Me<< (3)For newbies only: You Do Not have to feel obligated to
accept any requested switch until you feel comfortable in your first
switch transaction. Be polite and explain/reply to their profile with
something like...>> I,m new/Let me explore/I didnt know! <<
You can give them first option/dibs to accept your new arrangement.
(4)If they are impolite (perhaps they are eager to get it), contact
SUPPORT...
