may need to be put thru my Memorex OpiFix Pro to be cleaned and make sure not needing repaired but packaging was great, sent quickly...my granddaughter & I thank you

i do not believe that it was in any way your fault that this dvd was recieved broken in half. i am leaving positive feedback because it was shipped in a timely manner, well packaged ...it was the stinky mail system that broke it! can i leave THEM negative
