this is what support suggested. I just tried and again couldn't request the item.
They must have a setting on that is limiting you from seeing their items for some reason. Have him try to make it available to just you and make sure he doesn't check off any of the groups options.

Thanks for your interest in the Everybody Hates Chris discs. As I noted in the comments (after noting it was missing two discs), I also stated I would reduce the price of the set to 1SB if switching to somebody in Canada - which you are.

I have therefore DECLINED your request, and I'm going to go back into the system shortly and change the price to 1SB, and tell the system to ONLY accept this switch request FROM YOU. Please go back and search for it again (just look me up and then list all my available discs) and make your request again - the system will then only charge you 1SB instead of 3SB.
