Perhaps you are unaware of how this system works... you list items, receive switch bucks for them, purchase other items from people with those said switch bucks. How does what I trade for my switchbucks bear any relevance to what I decide to purchase from others?

Hey, no big deal. I'll just file a lost item claim and you'll get the points and I'll get mine back. Its funny, all through peerflix, I've never had an issue with the postal service. Now my last two switches (one incoming, one outgoing) have been screwed up.

Hey, I did receive Planet Terror, but I can't get it to play. I received four discs in two days from SPers, and two of them played without a hitch (or glitch) (the other one I still have not had time to try). When I first opened the envelope I saw all the scratches (none deep, with the possible exception of one) and smudges and thought there might be some problems, but my player won't even let the disc begin -- it tries to read it and then gives up. I've played other used discs since this occured and all of them have played fine.I didn't try disc two, by the way, since if disc one doesn't play I don't care if two does. I don't doubt that the disc played fine for you, but the condition to my eyes is more than "minor surface wear." SP says to file a claim (which is what I would have done on Peerflix) but if we can work this out I don't see any reason to do that. What do you want to do?

Sorry, I missed the reply. Um, well... it is entirely up to you. If they don't work, they don't work. I'm not sure that you need to send them back, what I'll do is see if I can just cancel the transaction so that you get your credits back.

Now that I think about it, I only watched the DVD on my laptop and not in an actual DVD player. These were peerflix DVDs. I'll get back to you if I can't cancel the transaction.

Alright, it doesn't look like there is any way to cancel the transaction since it was already marked as mailed. Go ahead and file a claim, its a low ticket item so it should get resolved very quickly. I'd call it damaged during shipment, but feel free to list it as whatever you would like. Sorry it didn't work out better :(
