Sorry, I misunderstood your first question. That is all I have from that one. I got a three pack of the seasons 3-5 from Costco and they were packaged together like the one your received. All of them were brand new and came with nothing else.

Hi, I got "drive me crazy", but it came without the case and you had it listed as disc+artwork+case... not sure what to do, I don't want to make you spend additional postage just to send the case, so I could maybe try to print my own, or after I watch it if it's not a "keeper" I can just trade it back out again...

Not trying to be a complainer but just mentioning it so that you can double-check your other listed items and make sure they are listed accurate to what you have
