Hey, I just emailed support about Xenosaga. You should get your bucs in the next day or two.
I caught this in the FAQ. Since I gave you the no delivery confirmation idea, I thought you should know. ====
IMPORTANT! For items with a
value of 50 switchbucs or higher the sender will need to provide proof
of delivery in order to receive a full refund. ====
So there you are. <50SB is ok. >50 should maybe get confirmation. I'm really bummed. I wanted to play this game and the other request I made for it doesn't look like it's going to be approved. :^(
