Overall, I was very excited and happy to receive this movie, but there are some thing you should change. Cutting the cover of the artwork is the least of my concern when I noticed that this was a tight fit and everything was folded in half. The discs was scratched up. I didn't watch it yet, but I hope it works. I'm happy for you since you've found a way to package things more cheaply, but the fact of the matter is, that most people(like myself) ARE paying lots of money to get it to people in good condition. I'm not very freaked out, but everyone should know that this isn't in mint condition when they buy it.

Hi Mick. I had a difficult time deciding what rating to give you on "Gone Baby Gone". It arrived late yesterday safely. I was disappointed to find that the artwork had been cut (I assume to fit in the envelope), and folded not to mention that the disc was completely marked up with scratches. I hope that it plays a lot better than it looks. Because of all these reasons - it will be difficult for me to move this disc after watching it. Thanks for the switch - but you should take better care of the a/w and discs and if the a/w is damaged - you should let people know up front! 28 POINTS is a lot to pay for a disc in this condition. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt, but guess I should have asked for something better than just a paper envelope.. as my movie came broken too. I was a peerflix memeber before here, but learned very quickly how to properly send DVD's so that they dont get broken.. old dogs can be taught new tricks if they are willing to learn.

Received cd broken in three pieces. I wish I had looked at this guy's feedback ratings before switching with him. It's obviously an on-going problem for him that he is willing to do nothing about.....especially since he continues to use regular paper envelopes instead of some type of bubble protected envelopes.

Packaging was a little weak, just art cover and DVD. DVD could have been easily broken during mailing. Next time, I recommend a clam shell case or a piece of cardboard attached to both face of DVD disc for extra protection.

Item listed as :"played once, great condition"....so i thought i would get that. But nope, i got 2 disks, scratched to hell (on both sides)! They were loose in the mailer sliding over one another. And the Artwork folded 4 times vertically. Poor quality for the 32SBs i paid. I wouldn't have paid 10SBs for this. I hope it even works.... If you've been trading for 3 years, at least be honest in the quality of your switches.

The art work is not real. The artwork was an illegal poor quality print out . Please use an envelope with some protection for the disc. Sending a disc in printer paper does not protect the disc.

Folded paper for mailing. Fuzzy copy as artwork. Please keep in mind this is not Peerflix. I initially thought to send my items the same as Peerflix and was quickly corrected. It is a simple thing to order mailers...cost per piece is about 25¢. It helps to mention that the artwork is a copy and not original.

Out of over 200 switches I've received off of SP this is by far the worst. The dvd I paid for was supposed to include the disc, the artwork and the case. There was no case, the artwork I received was a crappy photocopy folded every which way and the disc had a thick long crack in it from the centre to the outer edge. I don't know whether it was like that or if the damage was a result of it being sent in a flimsy piece of paper without a clamshell (it should have been in a case anyway) but what I do know is that I can't watch the movie and the disc will have to be tossed. Yes, I do realize you're new to SP but ignorance is not a valid excuse when all of the info you needed on how to switch properly was readily available right in front of your eyes. Plus, you could have very easily left me a comment asking if what you were mailing (or not mailing) me was appropriate. That said, giving you a neutral for this truly awful switch would be too generous. I can't in good conscience give you anything other then a negative.

CD came in broken in 1/2... was poorly packaged in a plain paper... there was no protection for the CD... I recommend you place your discs in a clam shell in the future... I know other sites have told their members that it is OK to ship this way, but it isn't... you will find members here who will not continue to trade with you, if you don't protect your discs better than this... I value my items, and take care of them, and it looks like you took care of this CD, too... but now it is worthless... I could have given you a negative rating on this one, but it would not be fair, since this is the first switch I have received from you like this... FYI! please in the future if I order something from you, place it in a clam shell or a CD case, I was really looking forward to listening to this CD... : ( sadness.................
