I just requested the above dvd. If you can prevent adding any additional folds or creases to the cover I would greatly appreciate it. I only ask because it appears that no case is included. If you do fold please fold where the crease is already located on the spine. Thank You again.

Thank You for your recent request The Walker DVD. Unfortunately I no longer have this title. In rare cases I'm unable to update my lists quick enough and for this I sincerely apologize. I'm going into my dvd listings to update and make sure I have all the titles I have listed. Thank You again and I am sorry about the mistake.

You recently requested Lovely Bones from me. I've had a problem with your order and attempted to contact switchplanet but 'still' have not heard back from them so I thought it necessary to contact you because I'm unsure when they will return my email. I sincerely apologize but I cannot find the book the you requested. I turned the house upside down and checked all other possibilities but could not find it. I want to return your points and also offer you 10 points toward anything I have for the inconvenience I may have caused you. I'm unsure how to return the points at this juncture but if there is something you see on my list that you want let me know.
