this is what support suggested. I just tried and again couldn't request the item.
They must have a setting on that is limiting you from seeing their items for some reason. Have him try to make it available to just you and make sure he doesn't check off any of the groups options.

Hi, I'm sorry but my only copy of "Underdog" was received by someone else on 9/10. I don;t understand why the system is still showing it as available.I didn't realize 'til I went to get it.
