I'm writing to apologize for, and explain, the delay in shipping this DVD to you.

To recap, you may recall that I accepted your switch about a week ago, but didn't mark it "mailed" until the weekend. This is because I've been a little under the weather and didn't venture out of the house for about a week.

Monday was a statutory holiday for us here in Canada, with no mail service. Your DVD was mailed out early Tuesday morning (Aug 5). Based on past experience, you should see this delivered to you in 1-2 weeks.

Putton123, Does the DVD play from start to finish without any problems?

Also, If I am going to refund your switchbucks than I want you to file a new support ticket asking switchplanet to remove the negative rating you gave me.
