"Sorry to bother you with this but I can seem to remember where it wasin the forums....on one of the threads you mentioned a software you canuse to check dvds to see if they will play or are damaged. Thought itwas something I might need but didn't have the time at that moment togo and get it, now I do (have the time and the need - just received adisc that is severely scratched and dont want to "receive" it until Icheck it... can you point me in the right direction? "Ron are you there? I'm wondering if you have any ideas on this: newperson signs up trys to enter an item to their list. Can get as far asfinding the item but can not click on "have it"She then comes to myhouse, logs in and has no trouble selecting and clicking on "have it".Goes back home and STILL can't click on "have it" or "edit it" in thecase of the one item she put on at my house.Can you help? what can shedo? Is it her computer? " Could be a browser issue. I would not think that it would be a computer issue, because the computer is only showing, doing, what the browser tells it to do. It's hard to make everything work on every OS, and every browser. Maybe try a different browser on the computer that it's not working on. I use Firefox exclusively and every thing works great 99% of the time. Hope this helps. Ron
