It does come with stylus and charger, and i even have the original box for it, WITH the instruction manual! I know you may be tempted by the lure of "Metroid Prime: Hunters demo inside!" on the front, but i'm afraid that is long gone.

In the notes for the system, i have all the details as far as condition goes. The screens themselves aren't damaged. They could use some cleaning, and some alcohol to remove some adhesive off the top screen, but they look just fine.
