Wow! I just read your utterly brilliant review of "There Will Be Blood" - and you put into words everything I tried to say on NetFlix but failed, and I too would choose "Magnolia" if only because Daniel-Day Lewis is too good an actor - if you're read Sinclair's "Oil!" upon which the movie is based, his character Plainfield is that opaquely amoral and the ending is that brutally surprising yet rather unexplained. A lesser actor might have made the movie more palatable - whereas Magnolia is flawed, took me years to finally "get", and is anchored by John O'Reilly, who makes the impossible human. Anyway, I don't know if you're a professional reviewer, you should be - send your stuff to your local papers! Best review I've read in a long, long time - thanks! Cheers, Wink

The diff might be that they shld be Reviews of SP(/Amazon?) switchable items; that is what is mentioned as payable....
... However, they also write about other stuff (Blog) , too....., so not so sure about the latter....

Hello Twf! You requested the DVD "We Own the Night" from me, however I notice that you do not ship to Canada. Those of us inCanada are reluctant to switch with Americans who do not return the favour, as that would result in all the good movies going across the border and not being available to other Canadian members. We keep a list in the forum of people who don't ship to us, however if you ever change your mind, please let me know and I will remove your name from the list.


Shipping to Canada is less than 20 cents more than mailing within the States (even less if you use clamshells) and you DON'T have to go to the post office - just write "DVD- GIFT - $10" on the envelope so Customs knows the approx. value of contents. Be sure to let me know if you decide to give Canadian shipping a chance, and I'll gladly switch with you. Thanks for your understanding!
