It helps even more if you understand the historical significance of what the 300 Spartans did: Like the continued existence of democracy in Greece.....and then, the western world.... "

"Very good DVD. This DVD is filled with mayham, and killing, so if you don't like that sort of stuff I would pass. The special effects were outstanding, and the story was not too bad."
